Speakers and authors whose lectures / posters are not accepted by the program committee may cancel their registration until March 22, 2019, free of charge - only by e-mail to congress@dkg.de Otherwise the GTC published under www.2019.dkg.de apply. Only one of these tickets is available per participant.
The purchase of more than one day ticket and/or two-day pass and the combination of day tickets and two-day passes is not permitted.
An upgrade to a higher category (two-day or three-day pass) is possible at any time. The due difference will be charged.

(1)	Only natural persons: After payment of participation fee you will receive a one-year DKG membership (ends one day prior to the next DKG Annual Meeting). Your benefits of a DKG membership: participation in the DKG network, receipt of the DKG association magazine cfi/Ber. der DKG , reduction subscription of the Journal of the European Ceramic Society, participation in all DKG events on membership conditions etc.
(2)	Conditions for participation as DKG-, AuCerS-, ECerS-, DGM-member: indication of your membership number, paid membership fee for 2018/2019 Definition of a legal (institutional) DKG member: You are employed by a university institution / research institute / company that is (as a legal person) DKG member.
(3)	Only on presentation of a valid proof of retirement or unemployment.
(4)	Only on presentation of a valid student identification for the present year.
(5)	When participating with a submission lecture applies the highest price of a Day ticket or a Two day-pass. Participation in the Get-togeter (Monday, May 06, 2019) is only included if one of the booked dates is May 06, 2019. Participation in the Conference dinner (Tuesday, May 07, 2019) is only included if one of the booked dates is May 07, 2019. For additional bookings (fee required).
(6)	All prices are net prices plus the statutory VAT rate of the Republic of Austria valid at that time. All listed participant prices are always taxable.
